Thoughtful therapy for women.
Welcome to Sanctuary Ridge, a practice for women, rooted in the belief that therapy is a deeply human process.
I work with women struggling with the demands of life who want a more balanced path forward. Many of these individuals appear to have it all together, yet privately feel a sense of insecurity, instability or indecisiveness that leaves them feeling stuck in depression, anxiety or unhealthy patterns. This is often set in motion by a major life transition: motherhood, college, career shifts, professional stressors, changing family dynamics, an empty nest or divorce.
Together we make room for the curiosity needed to explore the habits that often come with it — avoidance, emotional dysregulation, conflict in relationships, people pleasing, perfectionism — and for the larger questions of who you are, what you value, and what you want your life to be about.
With over a decade of experience in acute clinical settings, a trauma-informed approach grounds this work. Our space is one of safety, attuned to how trauma shapes a person’s emotional, psychological, and physical wellbeing. My role is to ask the questions that help you identify, without judgment, what serves you and what you are ready to release. I would love to learn about you, answer any questions you have, and see if we would be a strong fit for doing this work together.
